Ice, ice, lemon-strawberry ice baby!
This one most deff be getting me in the mood for some summer lovin'. :)
This cheesecake is based off a recipe from "Cooks Country" is said to be pretty simp. Dennis Wilkinson added some more yumminess to the recipe with placing strawberries all around the crust. (Cheesecake always keepin' healthiness in mind with some fruits ;)) Topped and swirled with lemon curd and heated strawberry jelly! Whoa, diggin' dat combo hard.

These two looks, look like they would taste like lemon and strawberries!

Kane is most deff one of my favorite and inspiring designers. I'm always immediately drawn to the hint of childlike curiosity and fantasy feel that he adds to his collections. Whether it be a dash or a whole dose of it! Nonetheless, I can never get enough of it!
You can totally see and feel the childish fun in these two pieces from his Resort 2014 Collection with these funky retro, yet very vivid colors. Looking as yummy as the strawberries and lemon curd of Wilkinson's cheesecake :p Also with the fun of the oversized sweater and knee-length skirt-makes me want to run around a park in the sunshine! And who doesn't have fun time wearing a jumpsuit??? Expecially in such a bright toy color red and oversize over-all-like buttons at the top! I just want to jump right into the jumpsuit, to jump right onto a playground. If there were adult playgrounds, I would definitely be wearing this.
What I like most about Look 19 on the left in how it compliments the lemon-strawberry ice cheesecake, is not only the pure, vibrant hue of this funky yellow, but the streams of white pleated within the skirt. Emulating the white of the cheesecake peering in between the lemon custard and strawberry jelly swirl.
With Look 23 on the right... you already know I be tasting the juiciness of those open slices of strawberries just by looking at this jumpsuit! The way the jumpsuit stands up so perfectly aligned, just like the strawberry slices all lined up so securely into the cheesecake's outer perimeter...
Ahhh, these two looks couldn't be a better combination-they go together like strawberry jam and lemon curd ;D
About the Collection~
Kane used his love for science as inspiration. He used digital imaging and computerized effects to re-create the feel of 3-dimentionsal wire-framed landscapes and torsos using Swiss lace. He reused a lot of his works like these big diamond buttons in Look 23 (right) from his Fall 2010 collection.
