Plaid is Glad

Hand-me-down plaid skirt & black tank | Steve Madden Skywalker sandals | Third-eye Pinecone necklace | H&M corduroy bucket bag

Matched and delished.

Red Velvet Cheesecake French Toast with Vanilla Bean Cheesecake Filling?? Thank you Cafe Delites.

Not only do the colors of the cheesecake and outfit match, but also the designs match. The plaid pattern of my skirt matches the chocolate drizzle criss-crossed against the red velvet french toast and vanilla bean cheesecake filling - creating a similar pattern as my skirt. Dreaming of being able to eat my skirt in cheesecake form now.

Love you all and thanks for being you!

Back in NYC Cheesecaking

The Vintage Twin John Lennon "Revolution" t-shirt | Goodwill chunky sneaks | Sole Society bag

~Matchy Matched~

Matcha Sesame Cheesecake~ I've had my eye on this cheesecake from the Hungry Rabbit food blog for a while now and I finally found an outfit to match. I actually wore this outfit last summer while I was interning in NYC at Red Light PR, a fashion PR agency. I never posted it, but with going back to the city this year for school at LIM, I was feelin' dis little throwback.

The black of the sesame seed layer (the middle layer) in the cheesecake is a perfect match to the acid washed graininess of my black skirt. While the more solid black color of the seeds in the bottom crust layer of the cheesecake matches the black solidness of my shoes and t-shirt.

Then there's the green matcha top layer - the matcha :), which matches the green in my t-shirt in the lettering "REVOLUTION," along with John Lennon's military attire.

Lastly, the cheesecake crust's badge/nude color matches the color of my bag, anddddd to get real specific, John Lennon's skin tone on my t-shirt, ha.

Das it. Thanks for reading and stay you!

The Mills & Blueberry Lavendar Cheesecake

Pacsun hat | Universal Studios Hamsa choker | Goodwill shirt | Aeri yoga shorts

Not sure what the name of this cheesecake is, but it matches perf and looks super festive~ What I do know from the recipe, is that there's a lot of blueberry and lavender involved, yums. You can find the ingredients on the creator, Anthea's Instagram account for her raw vegan blog, Rainbow Nourishments: @rainbownourishments

Each layer of this cheesecake has every shade of my tie-dye tank (once a t-shirt that I just cut the sleeves and trimmed the bottom off) with even bits of yellow and pink found in the butterfly. I love that butterfly. You can't see it too well in the picture, but he has big eyes where you can see the Earth. So even that goopy green stuff around the cheesecake matches the green earthiness in the eyes of the butterfly and even the setting ha.

I obvi don't get dressed up to go out hiking so it's a pretty simple outfit, but the top is pretty unique and I'm so thankful to have found it at a Goodwill. You never know what you might find just around the corner, like at your local Goodwill.

Stay tasty and you.

Cheesecake, The Dead, and Beer

From the Dead & Co. show to some straight cheesecake lovin'~~

A good friend of mine, Natalie, who is the TRUEST CHEESECAKE QUEEN I'VE EVER MET. See, I just eat cheesecakes, but she eats AND bakes them. She's the one who gave me the heads up of this rainbow no-bake cheesecake from Tastemade (<--click for recipe) a few weeks ago, and this outfit I wore to the show ended up matching it perfectly.

This tank and its paisley design totes honestly looks like it could basically be made straight from the colors of this cheesecake. The colors just match too perfectly (you may have to zoom in to see all the colors within the little paisley design details). Even the crust matches the shades of brown in my tiger's eye bracelet and Third-eye Pinecone necklace.

Deets:  Hand-me-down vintage tank from my cousin | Forever 21 shorts | The Velveteen Rabbit crochet button-up (little boutique + secondhand shop in Milford now closed :( | Third-eye Pinecone necklace | Hearst Castle socks

LBD Meets Constellation Cheesecake Tarts

Suburban Casuals dress | Steve Madden Skywalker sandals | Goodwill bag | Off Broadway sunglasses

With a dress so sweet and simp like this one, I personally like to find some kind of shoe that will just bring it back down to earth and give me more of a neutral vibe rather than just "super sweet." That's why I'm obsessed with my Steve Madden Skywalker sandals. They just tie my outfits together in a chill casual way, but are also nice and edgy enough shoes to polish off the outfit too.

I chose to pair this bag with this outfit because it's nice enough to wear with a pretty sundress, but also cool enough with it's gold metal finishings and satch-like over the shoulderness to make the outfit more than just about a pretty dress.

This way I'm still keeping the look together and cohesive to a degree, while also just keeping things a bit casual and "me." That way I look comfortable and personable in what I'm wearing. That's just how I like to portray my outfits, but everyone has their own way. That's what makes style and fashion all your own (btdubs, new post coming soon about how to create your own style and get outside your comfort zone when putting together outfits).

Cheesecake-matched.

I found these adorable dainty Constellation Cheesecake Tarts on Pinterest, and fell in love with them the second I saw them. They're so detailed, and hella sweet looking. Like who doesn't want to get their astrology on while eating cheesecake???? You can find the recipe here at Diamonds For Dessert

So as you may see, the black of my dress matches the very dark color of the cheesecake tart's blueberry glaze... MMMM, BLUEBERRY GLAZE. Yep.

Lastly, the very dainty and detailed designs of the cheesecakes' constellations totes be matching the intricate little details of where the see-through netted part is across the midz of my dress.

Well, that be it. Short and simp, but still mad delish.

Thanks for reading and I really hope you enjoyed it! Please, please let me know what ya think, and totes follow me on Insta: lcacheesecake for updates on zee bloggy.

Thanks for being you!! Byeee :)

Grad Party Ish

Deets: Designer Promise romper | Steve Madden/T.J. Maxx sandals | My Pinning Obsession "The Best Cheesecake EVER! Cheesecake | Sarah's Cheesecakes Cinnamon Cannoli filled graduation cake (designed by myself and momma)

Matchy Matched yet again.
(For the match I will only be focusing on the cheesecake and not my grad cake considering it is not cheesecake. Although the white of my romper does tie in nicely with my grad cake :)

This simple, and apparently "best cheesecake EVER" (now need to try this recipe ASAP) was the perfect match. It was the most pure white cheesecake I could find that also even hinted to the stripes. See it??? If you look closely, the top pure white layer and the off-white second layer of the cheesecake creates a kind of stripe pattern. It's only two stripes and one is a lot thicker than the other stripe, but it works!

Also, even though it's not the cake part, the silver fork in the cheesecake image matches the silver metallic of my sandals... not exactly a part of the "cheesecake match," but hey it's there. And if you want to get even more unnecessarily matchy... the little vertical ridges in the cake made by the fork matches the vertical lines the pleats make in the shorts of my romper. K, too far.

And again, I just want to say thanks to my amazing parents for the best graduation party I could ever ask for!

My grad cake was weirdly not cheesecake, but not any less delicious or amazing by any means! Sarah of Sarah's Cheesecake, did an over the top outstanding job with this cake that my mother and I designed. It is a to a T, exactly what I asked for and the actual most delicious cake I've ever had. For real MAAAAD YUMZ! As for the sunflowers, they are kind of just my thing and the lion is Slippery Rock University's ramz and fun mascot, Rocky---I had to add them to the mix.

Thanks for reading and all your support!

Thanks again! Never stop being you. Bye~~

Diz & Fruity Pebbles Cheesecake

Target top | American Eagle skirt | Dawgs shoes | Off Broadway sunglasses

Yup, total a match.

Fruity Pebbles cheesecake meets the magical colorfulness of my unicorn tank~~

Yep, Fruity Pebbles cheesecake. Dreams do come true. Thanks to Zilpa's Cheesecake. I am always so amazed by Zilpa Rizzo's creative cheesecake mashups. This is only one of her many delicious cheesecake creations. Zilpa's Cheesecakes are out in NJ at Zilpa's Cafe and Grill. So if you are out that way, I highly suggest stopping there for her out of this world cheesecakes. I have never been there myself, but I definitely plan on making a trip sometime soon!

This cheesecake creation of Zilpa's is definitely one of my many faves, so I was very excited to use it as a match-up with this outfit.

And as you can see, it matched perfectly~ all the rainbow colors of the Fruity Pebbles cereal on top and within the cheesecake completely matches the rainbow colors of my unicorn tank.

Even embedded in the tank itself are little rainbow specks, just like how the rainbow fruity pebbles pieces are embedded within the cheesecake. Also, the off-white cheesecakiness and tan crust of the cheesecake matches the background of my white/tan top. Pretty simp of a match and very yummy.

Hope you enjoyed! Now go eat some cheesecake :)
