After I devoured the delicious turkey panini I ordered, I of course had to scope out the dessert menu for scrumptious cheesecake. AND SCRUMPTIOUS CHEESECAKES I FOUND. But the one that was calling my name on repeat happened to be the "Fried Cheesecake".
Now I've never had a fried cheesecake before, so I did not know what to expect. And to my surprise, it was even more scrumptious and even bigger than I could ever imagine! Most definitely the largest cheesecake I've ever laid eyes on.......
AHHHHHHHHHHHH BEAUTIOUSNESS!
Twas as heavy as a brick! A delicious brick, with a crunchy shell filled with creamy cheesecake!
Look at that side of strawberry gooey goodness!
Bibhu Mohapatra's Spring 2014 Ready-to-Wear Collection
I felt this fourth look from Mohapatra's collection, seemingly captures not only the folded dimensions of the deep fried shell and the fried-to-perfection color of gold and yellow that glows off the crispiness of the fried cheesecake, but also the flavor of the sweet dreamy sensation you experience when you bite into a piece of cheesecake, and even dreamier.. a deeeeep fried cheesecake! Mmmmmmmmz, so delish.
About the collection~
Inspiration: Bibhu's friend, Wendy Whelan's transformation into a modern dancer. His friend to have claim to find herself again when becoming a modern dancer, which sparked Bibhu's sparked his idea of a 'new beginning' that he took interest and inspiration in.
Note: Fashion is usually inspired from a new or different perspective, such as Bibhu's collection taking inspiration from the new beginning perspective of his friend in which he is experiencing becoming a modern dancer.
